Caleb Bartlett is an athlete who has competed and trained on many different stages. He was a state level athlete in basketball and tennis at Galax High School. After having his brother (Curtis Bartlett) as his trainer for several years, he began building his own favorite fitness routines combining functional fitness with powerlifting and bodybuilding. Through his passion, personality, and training style, Caleb acquired numerous clients who showed dramatic results deploying his unique methods. Whether you want to learn Olympic style lifts, crush heavy weight in compound lifts, or develop lean muscle like a natural bodybuilder, Caleb can show you a results driven path.
William S. (‘Sam’) Bartlett is a leadership practitioner who has guided both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations to high levels of success. Sam’s diverse experiences have made him a sought after motivational speaker and consultant to results driven companies. He is a noted authority in the areas of team building, employee engagement, customer service, conflict management, leadership, and what it means to “live inspired.” Sam has a love and passion to help others succeed. At 62, he competed in his first all natural body-building show and took 1st place in his division. He now personal trains clients at CBF, helping them get into the best shape of their lives in honor of his son, Curtis Bartlett.
Randy has been involved with exercise, fitness and weight training since the 1980’s. He worked for 9 years with Nautilus Sports Medical Industries during their dominating years and traveled all over the United States both selling equipment and training people to use it properly. Randy also owned and operated the first Nautilus Fitness Center in Galax for 6 years before selling to the Twin County Community Hospital.Now that he is dedicating his full attention as Operations Director he has become the Crossfit and bootcamp style class instructor. The focus in his class is to work and exercise every muscle group in your body, raise and keep your heart rate at an elevated level with weight training and cardio movements. This helps the body to become stronger, burn fat, increase your cardio abilities and in general makes you feel better. Ohh, and sweat!
