Baby Steps Kung Fu
- Tuesday 6:30pm
Kung Fu is known worldwide for its combat applications. BSKF teaches you a wide range of fighting drills that are great for the whole family.
HIIT
- Thursday 5:30pm
A rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance.
MetCon
- Monday 6:30am-7:15am
- Saturday 8:00am-8:45am
MetCon, short for metabolic conditioning, refers to challenging interval-style training sessions. These sessions can include circuits, complexes, and timed groups of exercises using bodyweight moves, as well as equipment like kettlebells and medicine balls.
Muay Thai
- Monday 6:30pm
Introduction to the fundamentals of semi-contact Muay Thai, International Kickboxing, and Boxing.
Sunrise Yoga
- Wednesday 6:30am
If you are new to yoga you will gain a knowledge of foundational poses and breathing.
UpLift
- Tuesday 5:30pm
UpLift is a total-body strengthening and endurance-building class designed to incorporate light to moderate weights with high repetitions.
X-Fit
- Monday 5:30pm
- Wednesday 5:30pm
The CBF X-Fit class workouts are what is commonly referred to as functional fitness, Cross-fit style due to the mix of functional movements and high intensity.
Young at Heart
- Monday 10:00am
- Wednesday 10:00am
- Friday 10:00am
Created for seniors, those going through cardiac rehab, or those recovering from injuries.
What should I bring?
You should bring a water bottle, a towel, and comfortable workout clothes.
