Ryan Tallant is an accomplished athlete with a track record of competing in numerous powerlifting meets and excelling in high school sports. Following his college graduation, he made the bold choice to pursue his passion for personal training and working in the gym.

Lynn is a newly certified Personal Trainer who has a passion for helping others. She is also a behavior change specialist, she can help you figure out behaviors that may be affecting your goals and help you correct them.

Clay Surratt, a dedicated trainer with over 12 years of experience in fitness, martial arts and general wellness. His training philosophy is person-centered and encourages building a solid foundation in wellness first and foremost.

I want to set an example of not giving up because of age or any other perceived limitation. Age is really just a number and you truly are as young as you feel.

Randy has been involved with exercise, fitness and weight training since the 1980’s. He worked for 9 years with Nautilus Sports Medical Industries during their dominating years and traveled all over the United States both selling equipment and training people to use it properly.

William S. (‘Sam’) Bartlett is a leadership practitioner who has guided both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations to high levels of success. Sam’s diverse experiences have made him a sought after motivational speaker and consultant to results driven companies.

Caleb Bartlett is an athlete who has competed and trained on many different stages. He was a state level athlete in basketball and tennis at Galax High School.
