His earlier days in Florida were marked by active participation in football, basketball, baseball, and wrestling.
After military service, Billy transitioned to a physically demanding job in the oilfield before being disabled due to knee and back injuries. This life-altering experience ignited his passion for fitness, leading him to explore numerous programs. Billy eventually attained his personal trainer certification. Throughout his journey, he discovered effective fitness programs tailored for individuals with disabilities.
