UpLift is a total-body strengthening and endurance-building class designed to incorporate light to moderate weights with high repetitions. We use a weighted resistance bar, free weights, and a step for our strengthening exercises, as well as a padded mat and equipment for our core exercises. This class is moderate to high intensity and fast-paced! This class is 50 minutes and choregraphed to upbeat music. You will involve all major muscle groups, feel stronger and more toned, and have a blast!
