Calisthenics

Beginner calisthenic exercises include, but are not limited to, body weight squats, planks, and push-ups. There are numerous health benefits to calisthenics such as increasing your resting metabolic rate and functional mobility.

HIIT
HIIT

A rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. This class combines resistance training with plyometrics moves to improve your strength and power.

Muay Thai
Muay Thai

Introduction to the fundamentals of semi-contact Muay Thai, International Kickboxing, and Boxing. This class is high paced with an emphasis on versatility in movement, mobility, body awareness, and conditioning.

Up*Lift
Up*Lift

Up*Lift is a strength training class that works the whole body using free weights and bars. This class is designed to develop strength and muscle endurance by using high-reps with light to moderate weights. it is coordinated to music so be prepared for a fun and fast exercise.

X-Fit
X-Fit

Train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks. Focus on building a body capable of doing real life activities and becoming a more well-rounded athlete.

Yoga
Yoga

If you are new to yoga you will gain a knowledge of foundational poses and breathing. If you are an experienced yogi, this will be an encouraging space to continue your journey. Let's move and grow together!

Young at Heart
Young at Heart

Created for seniors, those going through cardiac rehab, or those recovering from injuries. Classes range from relaxing yoga to cardio aerobics to strength training using medicine balls, handheld weights, and resistance bands.

Zumba
Zumba

Zumba is known for taking the "work" out of workout, by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise.
